All above plants seeds contain oil which has medicinal properties and are being used in various Cosmetic Formulations, Pharmaceutical Formulations and also in Aurvedic Medicine formulations.
Commercial Scale Production of Medicinal Oils
Various methods are being used for extraction of Medicinal Oils on Industrial Scale like Mechanical Expeller, Solvent Extraction and CO2 Super Critical Fluid Extraction.IVAS has proposed a Medicinal Oils manufacturing unit at Gane Khadpoli MIDC, Chiplun, Dist Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
We have decided to use Cold Press Oil Extraction (Mechanical Expeller) method for Industrial Scale production of Medicinal Oils.
Raw Material Sourcing
Basic raw material Medicinal Plant Seeds will be sourced from local Farmers, Mahila Bachat Gats & local traders.Waste Disposal, Effluent Treatment and Pollution Control
- No Solid/Liquid waste is generated in the entire process.
- No Water effluent is generated in the process
- No Gas emissions
- Hence the said processes is supposed to be a ZERO waste & comes under GREEN Category.
- No any specific pollution control system is required for the Cold Press Oil Extraction process.
